REAL SCOOP: James Vidal gunned down in Chilliwack

Just getting back to the blog after being up in Kamloops earlier this week to research a story on the gang violence that has plagued the community this year. So I have yet to post on the murder of James Vidal. He is of course the brother of Curtis Vidal and closely associated to Clayton Eheler and the Red Scorpion/Independent Soldiers faction in the now-years long drug war.
James, 33, was gunned down about 6:30 a.m. Sunday. I hope to write more about his slaying in the coming days.
