REAL SCOOP: Convicted killer tried to blame LeClair

A Surrey man convicted in a crack shack murder dating back to 2006 tried to blame the crime on the late gangster Kevin LeClair.
But the B.C. Court of Appeal wasn’t buying the arguments made on behalf of Khalid Damien Arnaout and his second-degree murder conviction was upheld.
