RCMP identify body found off highway near Merritt

The RCMP have identified the body of woman discovered Sunday beside the Coquihalla Highway, south of Merritt.
The remains, which were found by a motorist who was stretching his legs during a lengthy accident-caused highway closure, have been identified as those of a 27-year-old First Nations woman from the Northwest Territories, who had connections in the South Okanagan.
