Rabbit virus found again on Vancouver Island

A highly infectious disease that kills rabbits has been found for the second year in a row on Vancouver Island.
The B.C. government has confirmed four feral rabbits in Parksville died from rabbit hemorrhagic disease. The virus poses no threat to humans and other animals.
The source of the virus is unknown, according to a government statement Wednesday.
