Port Mann traffic cops nab dummy in HOV lane

Traffic police have nabbed a dummy speeding in the HOV lane on Highway 1.
Officers with the Port Mann Traffic Services were on routine patrol Tuesday on Highway 1 through the Langley/Surrey border when a vehicle, allegedly traveling well over the posted speed limit, caught the officer’s eye.
Police say the vehicle changed lanes without signalling and crossed over the solid white line into the HOV lane. Officers then stopped the vehicle.
