PNE looking for new boss after CEO Michael McDaniel steps down

Michael McDaniel, who has been in charge of the Pacific National Exhibition for 15 years, announced Tuesday that he is stepping down from his role as president and chief executive officer of the non profit organization.
McDaniel, who has been with the PNE since 2000, has accepted the job as the new president and general manager at Coast Mountain Bus Company, TransLink’s largest operating company.
