Park board commissioner John Coupar seeks Vancouver mayor's chair

Vancouver park board commissioner John Coupar has announced he will be running for mayor of Vancouver.
Coupar, a member of the Non-Partisan Association (NPA) who has been twice elected to Park Board and previously served as chair, announced his candidacy at the Bloedel Conservatory in Queen Elizabeth Park
