Ottawa should be ready to make Trans Mountain decision in June: Garneau

Federal Transportation Minister Marc Garneau said Tuesday he expects his government to be in a position by mid-June to make a decision on whether to proceed with the $9.3-billion Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion.
