Opinion: Improving B.C.'s Mental Health Act is about respecting rights

When we talk about mental illnesses, it can be difficult to strike a balance between recognizing the gravity of serious mental illness, and avoiding the myths and stereotypes that stigmatize those with such a diagnosis.
