One man dead in Friday night shooting in Surrey

Homicide detectives have been called in after one man was shot dead in Surrey on Friday night.
 
Surrey RCMP say that shortly after 7 p.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 6500-block of 137A Street.  
 
A man suffering from gunshot injuries was taken to hospital, where he died from his injuries.
 
Investigators believe the shooting was targeted. No arrests have been made.
