One dead after falling five storeys from Vancouver Island University library

One person is dead after falling from the fifth floor of Vancouver Island University’s library Monday afternoon.
The B.C. Coroners Service is investigating and foul play is not suspected.
Just after noon, Nanaimo RCMP were called to attend a medical emergency at the Nanaimo university after someone fell from the library’s top floor.
The library was closed Monday and classes were cancelled.
