On the Vine: Burrowing Owl winery celebrates 25 years

It is hard to say what gives more satisfaction to Burrowing Owl Estate Winery founder Jim Wyse: the quality of his wines, or their contribution to the recovery of burrowing owls, declared extinct in British Columbia in 1980.
