No easy or cheap fixes for mayhem on Malahat, or other transit horrors

VICTORIA — For the current provincial government, no transportation challenge hits closer to home than disruptions to the Malahat, the precarious highway link between B.C.’s capital city and the rest of Vancouver Island.
