Newborn baby found in Mission dumpster has died

A newborn baby girl who was found in critical condition after being left in a dumpster last month has died in hospital.
The baby was found in critical condition in a dumpster outside a Mission daycare centre on Nov. 23.
Police said a 21-year-old woman was later arrested but released. No details were provided on who found the baby and how.
On Tuesday, police said the child died on Nov. 29. Charges have yet to be laid and the investigation continues.
