New temporary modular housing opens for homeless in Surrey
For the past four years, Joey has been homeless, living first on Surrey’s notorious 135A Street, and more recently in shelters.
On Tuesday, Joey will once again have a place to call his own.
He is one of about 160 people who will be moved off the streets of Surrey and from shelters into temporary modular housing units in the City Centre area.
