New bus operators step in to replace 83 per cent of Greyhound's lost routes in B.C.
The restoration of inter-city bus service in British Columbia will stop short of Princeton once Greyhound ceases western Canadian operations, which the small town’s mayor said Tuesday was a “ludicrous” situation.
Service between Hope and Princeton, then locations beyond such as Keremeos and Penticton, is one of a handful of former Greyhound routes that Transportation Minister Claire Trevena said private operators had not stepped forward to propose an alternative.
