Nanaimo votes in crucial byelection today

Nanaimo heads to the polls today in a byelection that could trigger an earlier provincial election depending on the results.
Running are the NDP’s Sheila Malcolmson, Liberal Tony Harris, and Green party candidate Michele Ney. Justin Greenwood of the B.C. Conservative party, Robin Mark Richardson of the Vancouver Island Party and Bill Walker, a Libertarian, are also vying for the seat.
