Movie Minute: Annihilation

This week’s Movie Minute has Postmedia movie critic Dana Gee and Lifestyle Editor Aleesha Harris talk about the new sci fi’ish thriller that sees a group go on a secret (they’re the worst) expedition where things end up not making a lot of sense. Based on Jeff VanderMeer’s best-selling Southern Reach Trilogy, Annihilation stars Natalie Portman, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Gina Rodriguez, Tessa Thompson, Tuva Novotny and Oscar Isaac. It was written and directed by Alex Garland.
