More than 60 dogs seized in two B.C. SPCA investigations

The B.C. SPCA has seized more than 60 dogs in two separate investigations, one involving a notorious mother-daughter duo that had previously been convicted of animal cruelty.
On Wednesday, the SPCA announced it had taken 16 dogs from a property in Quesnel, including German shepherds, a Yorkshire terrier, a retriever, bull terriers, standard poodles, Portuguese water dogs, a Pekingese, corgi-border collie crosses and miniature pinschers.
