Missing high-risk teenager in Surrey located safely

Updated: The missing teenager has been located and is safe.Surrey RCMP is seeking the public’s help locating a missing high-risk teenage girl.
Irene Dan, 13, was last seen around 8 p.m. on Sunday in the 17600-block 104th Avenue in Surrey. She hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
