Metro Vancouver mayors' council considers Surrey SkyTrain proposal

Surrey’s proposal to cancel light rail and move ahead with a plan to build SkyTrain down the Fraser Highway toward Langley will go before TransLink’s Mayors’ Council on Thursday.
