Metro Vancouver mayors asked to recommit to regional transit plan

Port Coquitlam Mayor Greg Moore is asking TransLink’s Mayors’ Council to reaffirm its support for Metro Vancouver’s 10-year transportation plan following a change in the council’s leadership.
Moore, who is also chairman of Metro Vancouver’s board of directors, has made the request in a notice of motion that is on the agenda for Thursday’s Mayors’ Council meeting.
