Steven Hodge’s mom owned a bakery in Ontario and he grew up surrounded by the smell of pastries, pies and cookies. He got his own start at the California School of Culinary Arts. He made the move to pastry in response to a challenge, because he was specifically warned that it would be extremely difficult. No short cuts for Steven.
