Chef Cooper Green was just 15 when he started work for the Earls Restaurant franchise, as a dishwasher. He would later hone his skills at Vancouver’s Cin Cin and Hotel Vancouver, then as a caterer in Victoria. Today, you’ll find him creating dishes at the iconic Sandbar Seafood Restaurant:
