Meet the chef: Dan Vichitthavong's star is rising fast

Chef Dan Vichitthavong’s passion for food has taken him across Canada. Beginning in Toronto, Dan worked the line as chef de partie at The Harbord Room and Monofuko Daisho, senior sous chef at Cambridge Mill and head chef at Café 13 Bar and Grill, all before moving to Vancouver in 2016 and landing a junior sous chef role at Ancora Waterfront.
