Man convicted in gang-related kidnapping gets sentenced reduced

A man convicted in a gang-related kidnapping in Vancouver has had his jail sentence reduced on appeal.
Van Van Vu was found guilty of conspiracy to commit the November 2011 abduction of Eric Low, and kidnapping and assault causing bodily harm.
In July 2015, B.C. Supreme Court Justice Barbara Fisher sentenced Vu to four years and eight months in prison.
