Makeover: Vancouver project manager's dry, brassy hair gets a much-needed boost

Joanna Li, 34, is a project manager and was looking for a colour refresh as her hair was looking brassy and feeling dry. 
Li has medium textured hair which was previously highlighted blond.  She hadn’t coloured it in several months, and felt like her ends were too bright and brassy compared to her natural colour.  She wanted to brighten her hair to a natural looking overall colour that would be easy to maintain.
