Makeover: Style revamp for management consultant

Mary O‘Callaghan is a management consultant who had been feeling frustrated with her hair.  She had been growing out a previous cut that was unmanageable and uneven.
Mary has medium textured and slightly wavy hair.  Her natural silver colour makes the hair feel coarse, which can sometimes look frizzy.  She wanted to maintain some of the length around the ears and wanted to do something about how flat it looked.
