Live: 15,000 people without power in Vancouver, Burnaby

Approximately 15,000 BC Hydro customers are without power Saturday evening due to a substation fault, according to the utility.
Outages are being reported in both Vancouver and Burnaby, as the affected area spans from the Hastings Sunrise neighbourhood to Burnaby Lake.
Crews are en route to address the issue, BC Hydro said.
The issue is expected to be resolved within the next hour to two hours.
