Letters: Saudi spat shows need for west-to-east pipeline

I have a great idea now that Saudi Arabia has broken trade relations with Canada. We should build a pipeline from the west to the Maritime provinces and supply Canadian oil to the east coast to remove their dependence on Arab oil. I think this makes so much economic sense for Canada.
