Surrey is a growing and vibrant community. They tell us we are growing by more than 1,000 people per month.
The mayor and his obedient council say that some of the important services will no longer be growing to keep up with that population growth. No longer will we build civic facilities in Grandview Heights. No longer will we build more ice sheets in Cloverdale. Even more surprising for a mayor elected on a law and order platform to change policing in Surrey, we are cutting back on the gr
