“It was apocalyptic": Galiano Island dad chainsaws his way through storm debris

With uprooted trees smashed down across the road in front of and behind his already damaged truck, Eric Touchburn had to chainsaw his way through storm debris to reach his son’s Galiano Island elementary school to pick him up.
