Last call for Vancouver's Louvre Saloon

The tiny brick building at 325-331 Carrall Street has seen better days — the front facade is currently propped up by steel beams that stretch over the sidewalk.
Tuesday morning, several street people were camped out in front, taking refuge from the rain under a couple of umbrellas and a tarp.
As weathered as it looks, though, the building has significant historical value. It was built in 1889, when Vancouver was only three years old.
