Langara arson suspect remains in jail after bail denied

A 23-year-old student facing several charges after fires sparked an campus-wide evacuation at Vancouver’s Langara College during the last week of exams was denied bail on Friday.
Nasradin Abdusamad Ali appeared in Vancouver provincial court to apply for his release. He has been in custody since his arrest in Surrey on April 1.
