Landslide closes two trails at Pacific Spirit National Park

A landslide has closed a trail in Pacific Spirit Regional Park on Wednesday.
According to the Metro Vancouver authority, a landslide forced the shutdown of trail 7 on Wednesday afternoon, causing the slope above the trail to become unstable.
“A geotechnical assessment is underway,” read a brief update shared on Twitter by Metro Vancouver. “For your safety, do not use Trail 7 at this time.”
