Kinder Morgan protester released from custody

A protester who was arrested at the site of Kinder Morgan’s Trans Mountain Pipeline project in Burnaby on Monday has been released from custody.
During a court proceeding Tuesday, Suntree Johnson Larue was asked by B.C. Supreme Court Justice Kenneth Affleck whether he would sign a court undertaking that would allow him to be released from custody.
