IDS Vancouver: Make the most of your time by checking out these three essential features

IDS show director Jody Phillips has been thinking a lot about food since she saw the Embassy of Food installation at Dutch Design Week in 2017. Since then she has worked with the Dutch Institute of Food & Design to include the thought-provoking feature at IDS Vancouver. Curated by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the feature explores the future of food through the work of about 15 artists from around the world. Among them are Vancouver food designer Amanda Huynh and her work, D
