Huge project is fully compliant with North Van area plan, developer says

The developers behind one of the largest ever multi-use projects on the North Shore say it would add an estimated 4,500 jobs and 1,120 homes to a hub just east of the Iron Workers Memorial Bridge.
The North Shore Innovation District project is expected to become an 18-building complex on 45 acres with buildings up to eight storeys high. The site is about 1.5 kilometres east of the bridge in an area that is currently mostly treed.
