Hudson’s Bay Co has reportedly sold its Vancouver flagship store for $675 million.
According to Reuters, the department store owner and joint venture partner RioCan REIT have signed a conditional agreement to sell the 104-year-old heritage building to an Asian buyer.
Reuters, citing an anonymous source, reports the buyer owns a closely held real estate company and is seeking to arrange interim financing from at least one Canadian lender.
