Highway 1 closed in both directions after North Vancouver crash

A serious crash in North Vancouver has brought traffic on Highway 1 to a crawl.
According to Drive BC, Highway 1 is closed in both directions, and drivers should expect major delays, as the road is not estimated to reopen until 2am.
