Gas station robber arrested less than a minute after fleeing

A man who robbed a North Vancouver gas station on Monday morning was arrested less than a minute after fleeing.
Around 4 a.m. on Monday, a gas station clerk called North Vancouver RCMP to report a man had entered the business, threatened violence and left with cigarettes and some money from the cash register.
Officers who were patrolling in the area were immediately sent to the scene, where they found the suspect about to cross the street after leaving the gas station at Capilano Road and Marine
