Five things about the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival

The 13th annual Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival celebrating the pinking of Vancouver starts Tuesday and runs until April 29.
It’s the springtime festival that urges us to look up from our mobile devices long enough to take in the clouds of blooms above us and down the street.
