Firefighters battle warehouse blaze in Coquitlam

Firefighters battled an early-morning blaze at a warehouse in Coquitlam Thursday.
Acrid smoke filled the air, as fire crews arrived shortly after midnight to an industrial complex with multiple businesses engulfed in flames.
The gate to the complex was locked, and Coquitlam fire chief Jim Ogloff says there was no sign of forced entry.
Schoolhouse Street was closed to traffic between Lucille Starr Way and Lougheed Highway while crews worked to extinguish the fire. It has since reopened.
