Fire at Surrey propane recycling depot disrupts traffic

Firefighters were battling a major blaze at a propane recycling depot in the 13000 block of 116 Avenue in Surrey on Monday afternoon.
Plumes of black smoke from the fire could be seen from as far as Coquitlam.
One person was reportedly injured in the fire and had to be hospitalized but the extent of the injuries are not known. Witnesses also heard explosions when the fire started at about 1.20 p.m.
