Escalators at Granville SkyTrain station to be replaced

Granville Station’s 32-year-old escalators are going to be replaced.
The project to replace the six original escalators that are accessed from both Granville Street and Seymour Street will begin on May 26. The project could take up to two years, TransLink said.
Because of the confined space, the escalators will have to be rebuilt in place; to allow for access by work crews, the Seymour Street entrance will be closed until the project is finished. The shops which are in the hallway lea
