Emergency crews respond to Richmond apartment fire

Richmond Fire Rescue is on the scene of an apartment fire in the area of Westminster Highway and Garden City Road.
The fire was reported at around 2 p.m.
Dark smoke was seen pouring out the complex on Ackroyd Road near Arcadia Road near Kwantlen University’s Richmond campus.The cause of the fire is not yet known.
