Elections B.C. fines NDP $4,000 for Election Act infractions

Elections B.C. has handed out $4,000 worth of penalties to the B.C. NDP for four different Election Act non-compliance violations.
The Election Act requires the date, time, location and ticket price of a specified fundraising function to be reported to Elections B.C. at least seven days before the event.  Elections B.C. says the NDP failed to do this four times late last year.
The NDP were fined:
