Editorial: Vote 'No' in NDP's badly flawed electoral reform referendum

Earlier this week, B.C. voters began receiving their mail-in ballots for the electoral reform referendum. Those voting packages should arrive until Nov. 2, according to Elections B.C. A voter’s guide was also sent to every B.C. household, and those should have already arrived.
