Do British Columbians still care about Earth Hour?
A new report released Friday by B.C. Hydro has found that participation in the annual energy-saving event has been on the decline in the province for years.
British Columbians reduced their electricity use during Earth Hour by just 0.3 per cent in 2017, 15 per cent less than they did in 2008.
