Early spring: Weather Network says mild March will replace frigid February
The Weather Network has good news for Vancouverites who have been shivering through a frigid February, things are about to warm up.
In its national spring 2019 forecast the network says B.C. will soon be free from the grips of the arctic trough that has put the province in a deep freeze. Meteorologist Nadine Hinds-Powell says March will bring with it a milder and gentler weather pattern to the West Coast.
